a practice for presence & peace

Yoga Nidra:
A Practice for Presence & Peace

Could you use a little extra rest? Better sleep? Maybe your mind could use a vacation from the rapid stream of thoughts and emotions? Is the fast pace of life messing with your focus and memory?

Yoga Nidra is an invitation to slow down. To be still. It is a form of guided meditation designed to help you find peace and presence during the session and beyond. During yoga nidra, you will focus your awareness and attention, tapping into your own wisdom and intuition.

This 75-minute session includes gentle movement and guided meditation.

Materials:
There will be mats, blocks, blankets, and bolsters for you to use at the studio. Feel free to bring an eye pillow or mask if you'd like to use one. Yoga Nidra is typically practiced in a resting position on the floor, but chairs will be available if you prefer to practice seated.

Next Workshop:
TBD
