Yoga Nidra is an invitation to slow down. To be still. It is a form of guided meditation designed to help you find peace and presence during the session and beyond. During Yoga Nidra, you will focus your awareness and attention, tapping into your own wisdom and intuition.
Each week I teach a 75-minute class that begins with flow and active postures focused on strength, balance, and flexibility and concludes with Yoga Nidra.
