A pelvic health workshop for women who want to move, sneeze, and live without leaking
Leaking urine is common, but it’s not inevitable.
Whether you’re already leaking when you sneeze, laugh, or exercise, or you simply want to prevent it from becoming a thing, this workshop offers clear, practical education about how your body works and how to support it.
We’ll talk pelvic floors, bladder habits, breath, and movement in a way that actually makes sense in real life, so you can laugh with abandon, sneeze with confidence, move without fear, and avoid planning your day around bathrooms or “just in case” pantyliners.
We’ll cover:
Anatomy & function of the pelvic floor
Why leaking happens
Different types of incontinence
Common myths that aren’t helping
How breathing, posture, and daily movement affect bladder control
We’ll practice:
Simple, accessible movements to support your pelvic floor
Breath and awareness techniques you can use immediately
Exercises to integrate into your daily life
Plus:
Q&A—ask the questions you’ve never felt comfortable asking
PDF outline of the content & exercises
